REGULATION
International belt wrestling tournament "Parade of Federations"



The goals
1. Strengthening of friendship and sports communications between National Belt Wrestling federations.
2. Popularization of development of Belt Wrestling all over the world.
3. Increase of sports skill of fighters.
4. Perfection of rules.

Place and time of carrying out of competitions
Competitions will be held in Bishkek on December, 3rd-4th, 2007 in the Palace of sports. K.U. Kojemkula str.
2nd December, 2007 - Day of arrival.
Credentials committee - from 10.00 o'clock. Till 16.00 o'clock. In a hall of session of the State agency on physical training and sports, affairs of youth and protection of children at the Government of the Kirghiz Republic to the address of: Bishkek, street Togolok Moldo, 17.
On December, 2nd, 2007 in the Palace of sports:
- Session of a judiciary board together with team representatives
From 16.00. Till 17.00 o'clock.
- A seminar of judges - from 17.00 o'clock. Till 18.00 o'clock.
- Weighing participants (classical style) - from 18.00 till 19.00 o'clock.
On December, 3rd 2007.:
- Competitions on classical style;
- Weighing participants (free style) - from 17.00 till 18.00 o'clock.
On December, 4th 2007.:
- Competitions on a free style.
On December, 5th, 2007 - Day of departure.

Management of carrying out of competitions
The general management of preparation and carrying out of competitions is carried out by Belt Wrestling Federation of the Kirghiz Republic and the International Belt Wrestling Association(IBWA).
Direct carrying out of competitions is assigned to the main judiciary board approved by Belt Wrestling Federation and coordinated with IBWA.

Participants of competitions
To participation in competitions sportsmen from 18 years are supposed and is more senior, last the medical control over the form 227 in weight categories:
Men - 60, 66, 73, 81, 90, 100, over 100 kg (classical style).
Men - 60, 66, 73, 81, 90, 100, over 100 kg (free style).
The proweight + 2 kg is supposed.

Conditions of carrying out
These competitions bear experimental character and are spent with some changes and additions to rules IBWA:
- Time of fight - 4 minutes;
- The fighters who have lost to finalists, will have an opportunity to fight for bronze medals;
- Setting a belt is shortened.

The fighters of the classical style who has not got in number of finalists and prize-winners, have an opportunity to be weighed and take part in competitions on a free style.

Conditions of reception
All the charges connected with sending (travel, a feed, accommodation) - due to the sending organizations.
The organizing committee incurs charges of combined teams of the countries-participants, according to an official call.

Rewarding of winners
The fighters who have borrowed 1 - 3 places, are awarded with medals, diplomas and valuable prizes.

The given position is an official call on competitions.

Nominal applications under the established form (in duplicate), documents on each participant - the passport, are shown in credentials committee in day of arrival.
