1st European Green Festival of Traditional Sport and Games  \\  1-4-2007

1st European Green Festival of Traditional Sport and Games will held on 4 - 7 May 2007 in Istanbul/Turkey.
All members of European Confederation invited to take part in this importent event.
On results of the European Championships, athletes of those countries who will win in the championships
1st – 8th places, in each weight category, will be admitted on participation in 1 European Games which take place in the city of Kiev/Ukraine in July, 2007.


Dear Sport Friends,

On behalf of the International Belt Wrestling Association, we kindly invite you to participate in the European Belt Wrestling Championships, that will take place in Istanbul (Turkey) during 4 – 7 May 2007 within the limits of the 1st European Green Festival of Traditional Wrestling Sports.
The Turkish TV, Russian TV and the Eurosport channel will broadcast demonstration competitions of the European Belt Wrestling Championships and the competitions in traditional style wrestling.
We shall be glad to host your team in the 1st European Green Festival of Traditional Wrestling Sports in Istanbul and to cover traveling cost of four members of national delegation (air tickets economy class). Accomudation for the national teams will be paied by organizing commette according to the festival regulation.
We hope that you will accept our invitation and that your participation in this european sport forum will advance further development of traditional styles of wrestling and will promote the strengthening of peace in the world.
